"Really, because all I eat is yellow fruit..." or "Wow, that's great because I have the runs..." When people (I mean people we know) would ask about a name, most would have a negative comment; "Oh, I knew a girl with that name in HS... she was a bitch." OR "My neighbors dog is named that!" OR "Oh, I know so many kids with that name! Popular" So rude. Just say it sounds cute or maybe nothing at all! So, I began telling those people our baby's name was going to be CORTEZ! It was just about the weirdest name I could come up with! Most of the time they shutup!
