"Direct negative energy to Compassion"... that is what the Buddha said; comapssion and loving kindness; for self [not vainly] as well as others.

Jesus Christ: "the truth shall set you free."

Socrates: "an unexamined life is not worth living."

Vedic Upanishads: "tat tvam asi."; I am That, you are That, ALL of This is That."; 'THAT' is GOD.

"Namaste" - I recognize and honor your Spirit; the Divine within your being...

I can get excited about anything, NO JOKE ANYTHING! For example, here at the property (work) we have a gentleman repainting the red and green curbs. Well we had just remodeled the front cement walk way and the guy painting put a bright RED footprint on the newly paved cement. I GOT REALLY EXCITED, not in an I'm getting a day off from work excited, I got excited in the where the f*ck is this guy. I'm gonna have him clean this up and I'm gonna make sure he's scared to do it again. I'm very excitable, when it comes to apathy, stupidity and over all oblivion. I'm sure the "what gets Brooke excited" list is much longer but grace some how pushes in and I feel guilt for the poor guy who has to paint the curbs while I throw daggers rather than compassion.
