My first post
So here I am, and with some interesting questions/thoughts about posting. Does one post after visiting, commenting, researching, and checking ones email or after. I naturally check my email, then read the news. One usually pisses me off enough to want to vent (blog) OR question peoples sanity (blog). However, it may be fruitful to try the opposite…Come to blog before my mind is f*cked by this world. Like questioning/commenting (bloging) from an untainted, not yet bitter perspective. Here’s an example: I used to have Alternet.org as my home page, but waking up to news of the world really got me down. NOW I have my email as the first thing I see. It’s helped but lately it’s been full of downers too. So I’ll try Lifehacker as my home page OR go right into this here posting gig? We shall experiment…YES you like, yes?

I don’t know if this will work as well for you, but over at Addison Road, Aly got us all hooked on a strict morning regimen for blogging: coffee, email, rss, gin, fark, gin, blog.
It seems to be working.
Michael - “gin” ?? did you mean Gin (as in Gin & tonic) ?? Dude you’re hardcore. I’ve never had gin in my coffee…teehee Fark I know of but “gin” please fill me in
my routine: email, read comments on my blog, post (optionally), read others’ blogs, comment, go back to my blog, take pictures of myself, chat, wander around, more email, um…yeah
you should call this brooke brooks bloge blogs.

I haven’t quit, I’ve been waking in the am with queasy baby sickness (no blogging) Then bouncing between properties (jobs) AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I think my wireless card or my internal sh*t is buggin out.
Time to wipe the drive of my 6-year-old laptop. Old Bessie needs an enema!
One of the first times I’m glad someone is getting sick. 
Jason needs a new laptop anyways, get that buggy old iBook when he gets it back.
